Please read about our surf packages to decide which adventure is best for you. Then book your trip by choosing one of the payment options below. You will be taken to the PayPal site, the preferred payment option of Surf Sherpa. At PayPal, you may enter your payment amount in the field provided. Please read our Terms and Conditions below for recommended deposit amounts.

- Terms and Conditions:
- Surf Sherpa requires 20% payment at time of booking per safari. This will hold your spot for your safari. And this 20% is toward the total amount due 15 days before your safari. The 20% is also your signature agreeing that you will pay the total amount due 15 days before your safari.
- The 20% payment is a cancellation fee, and is non- refundable.
- If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined accordingly
- Surf Sherpa is very understanding and will work with you on payment installments but the total amount will have to be paid 15 days before your safari
- Refunds will be made for emergency reasons only!!!!
- There is no refund for arriving late or leaving early
- If you do not sign and return the release form you cannot attend the safari and there will not be a refund
- Refunds of $500 will be made if you cancel 15 days in advance
- Refunds will be made if safari is canceled and you can not rebook for that year
- Surf Sherpa reserves the right to change these policies at any time
